How do I view my broadband usage?

It is a simple process to check your broadband usage and make sure that you don't rack up a massive excess usage bill at the end of the month. Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Log in to the Broadband Account area on the Accounts page.Enter your KOL username with .kol added to the end eg. Joebloggs.kol.
  2. On the main page your Broadband service should be listed under subscribed services – click on My Services, then click on the little grey 'Usage' button to the right of the service.
  3. You can then see your usage for the current billing cycle, as well as your historic usage.
