I am moving house, what do I need to do?
If you move house you will need to have broadband installed at your new house, unfortunately it is not something that is portable.
If you are on a contract with Kiwi Online you will not be breaking your contract if you need to disconnect from your old house, provided you place an order for Kiwi Online broadband to be installed at your new home. You will however need to pay a $99 installation fee to have broadband connected at your new house.
Make sure you let us know in plenty of time and we will do our best to ensure that you have as little down-time as possible. We know how annoying it is not having an Internet connection.
