How do I change my password or personal details?

You can change your password at any time by logging into the My Account area on our website.

  1. Go to the My Accounts page on our website www.kol.co.nz.
  2. Enter your username and password in the dial-up account login box. This will take you to your personal account area.
  3. Select the option you require from the menu on the left hand side.
  4. Update and save your details, then logout of the account area when you are finished.
