How do I set up my additional email accounts?
As part of Kiwi Online’s monthly dial up plans, customers are able to create up to 6 additional email accounts at no extra charge. To get started setting up these additional email accounts please follow the steps below.
- Dial up to Kiwi Online using either the Kiwi Online icon or Internet Explorer icon on the desktop. If you are a Kiwi Online broadband customer please go to step 2.
- Once connected type in www.kol.co.nz into the address bar at the top of the screen and press 'Go'.
- On the Kiwi Online website go to the Webmail page, enter in your main accounts user name and password and click on 'Login'.
- The following area provides access to your webmail and the ability to create or delete additional email accounts. Once the page opens click on the 'Additional Email' link on the left hand side.
- Follow through the instructions provided, you will be able to search for a user name/ email address you would like to use and if it is available register this to your main account.
- Once the new email account has been created the next step is to type in the account settings on your computers email program. We have a guide available on the help for people using Outlook Express. Alternatively you can visit webmail.kol.co.nz to retrieve mail from these accounts as well.
