What are additional email accounts?
Additional email accounts enable you to setup new email addresses for friends/family or when ever another email account is required. Kiwi On line provides up to 6 separate 'mail boxes' for no extra charge and can be configured at anytime via our website www.kol.co.nz. These separate mail boxes are considered ‘child accounts’ of your main user name that provides you access to the Internet. They are not to be confused with aliases, they each have their own user name/password associated with them to help keep all the accounts separate.
Please note if you are a pre-pay dial up customer your account needs to be active to enable you to retrieve email. If the account has been disabled then any email sent to you will simply be stored until the account is reactivated.
For broadband customers these separate email accounts will always remain active whilst being a customer of Kiwi Online.
