When do I get a bill?
With KOL Broadband you get invoiced every month, not like on KOL dial-up where you made your payment when your month expired. You will be invoiced for access in advance, and any excess usage from the previous month. Invoices are generated on the 23rd of each month and emailed to your preferred email address. Please make sure we have your preferred email address. We do not post out invoices.
