Yes, there are certain services that Telecom provides which you can not use if you are a Kiwi Online Tolls customer. These are:

  2. DDI extension
  3. Dual number
  4. Faxability number
  5. Calltrack
  6. Call readdress
  7. Priority service

Please check your Telecom bill for these before deciding to become a Kiwi Online Tolls customer.
