Direct Debit Payment

When you sign up for Kiwi Online Broadband or Homeline we will post you a direct debit form if you selected this payment option. We must receive this form back before we can proceed with your order.

Each month around the 23rd we will email your invoice and advice what date we will debit your bank account for the payment (approx 10 days after invoice date).

If you are an existing Broadband or Homeline customer and would like to change to direct debit please call our Helpdesk and we will post you a new form.

Note: If you had a direct debit set up to pay your Kiwi Online Dial-up you will need to fill out a new direct debit form for your Broadband/Homeline payments.
