How secure is our credit card system?

The Kiwi Online credit card system uses industry standard data encryption for the transmission of your credit card details. This is known as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, you can check this by looking for the padlock symbol once you have entered the secure area of our website.

SSL allows a secure connection between your web browser and our web server, and will encrypt your card details. This encryption provides greater consumer protection than many forms of offline credit card payment.

NB - We use the same online system if you call our customer service team to process your card payment.
